Adam Markham, Owner


Adam Markham, the proud owner of Northside Builders, has deep roots in the Coeur d'Alene, ID and Spokane, WA area. Growing up in a construction family, Adam was inspired by his father, a home builder, to pursue a career in the industry. At the age of 18 in 2007, Adam began his journey in excavation and dirt work, honing his skills and building a reputation for excellence.

In June 2016, Adam founded Northside Builders with a clear mission: "Do every job like it’s your personal residence." This commitment to quality is the cornerstone of his business. Adam ensures that his team shares this dedication, striving to deliver high-quality work on every project.

Dean Eagleburger, Foreman


Dean Eagleburger, the Forman of Northside Builders Landscaping and Excavating, brings over 12 years of construction experience to every project. An irrigation expert and Spokane native, Dean has been the cornerstone of our team since the company's inception. His deep roots in the community and unwavering commitment to quality make him an invaluable leader. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Dean ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
